IPO, KP govt to further enhance cooperation in the field of IPRs

ISLAMABAD, March 12, 2019: Mr. Abdul Karim Tordher, Special Assistant to Chief Minister on Industries & Commerce, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa called on Mr. Mujeeb Ahmed Khan, Chairman, Intellectual Property Organization (IPO-Pakistan) in his office on Tuesday.

During the meeting, both sides agreed to enhance linkages between academia and industry in order to further promote Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) in the province.

Chairman IPO briefed the Special Assistant to Chief Minister KPK that IPO-Pakistan has established 7 Technology and Innovation Support Centers (TISC) in KPK.

Mr. Mujeeb Ahmed Khan apprised Mr. Tordher that in order to further promote IPRs in KPK, IPO-Pakistan will eagerly come forward and help the KPK government in organizing seminars and workshops for all the stakeholders.

Mr. Abdul Karim Tordher appreciated the vision of Mr. Mujeeb Ahmed Khan and expressed confidence that under the dynamic leadership of Chairman, IPO, cooperation between business community and IPO-Pakistan would increase manifolds in future.
